Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items, including skincare, personal care products, earrings, and final sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.
Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Please contact us before returning a product for an exchange.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
