1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items, including skincare, personal care products, earrings, and final sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Please contact us before returning a product for an exchange.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once processing begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
